Portus!
Hey Everyone!
I figured that I'd let you all know what's going on right now! Of course, tonight Sammy and I are volunteering with "Wizard Rock the Vote" (check out http://www.thehpalliance.org/wrockthevote for details) at the Harry and the Potters show, but I am leaving on Friday, to fly down to Texas for Portus! Yay!
I will however, have my computer, so you will still be able to contact me, though I might not be on-line a lot. We are visiting some friends for a week before driving up to Dallas for the conference, so...yeah, Sammy and Bailey are also going to be out of town, so I will be the only one on-line for a while. :) We chose a great time to start this thing didn't we?
If you're going to be at Portus, let me know! I'll probablly be at every wizard rock show, and the podcasts, so you'll be able to find me there. I'll be the Hufflepuff, with the camera, fangirling everyone. :) Also check out the video I just posted from Wrockstock 2008. A-Slack is amazing, and if you ever get the chance to go see him speak, DO IT. He is the reason DA-NC came about (and he gives good hugs). :) I might post another one of his speeches if I find the time. But for now, I must go print out flyers for the show tonight!
I'm really excited about getting this chapter off the ground so let's show the world what we're made of!
